-A security deposit of $400 per boat is required on the day of rental, and is refundable after the return and inspection of the boat or jet ski.
-Renters must be at least 21 years of age and must preset a valid drivers license. Drivers must be at least 18.
-This is Ride at your own risk and you must sign a waiver and release of liablity
-You are liable for any and all damages done to the boat during your rental.
- We DO allow pets on board our boats.
-All Boats are full of gas when they leave the dock and you will pay for gas upon your return to fill it back up.
- You must arrive 30 minutes prior to departure, to fill out  paper work and to get you on the water at reservation time.Times can not be adjusted due  to late arrival.
- There is a late charge of $50 for every 15 minutes past return time.
- Rental does not include gas , a Bait Shack attendent will gas the boat back up for you upon your arrival back at the dock.
- Boats can stay out after hours and will be gased the next day. A $25 afterhours fueling fee will be charged.


Reservation Policy - A $100 deposit per boat is needed at the time of reservation. And will be applied to the cost of rental.

Cancellation Policy-
- A cancellation recieved with a greater than 24 hour notice will recieve a rain check for the reservation fee for a rental at another time during the current season.
- A cancellation received with less than a 24 hour notice (48 for a holiday) or a "NO SHOW" including for personal emergencies, will forfeit teh entire reservation fee.
-Cancellation fees will only be waived if the following conditions exist on Lake Lanier at the time of Rental: heavy rain lasting for more than 45 minutes, lightening, tornado warnings, high wind advisors or any other codition thet the Bait Shack considers unsafe boating conditions.
